Do you have a store front?
No I do not have a store front. I am a licensed Cottage Food Operation which means I bake in my home kitchen. Hours are by appointment for consultations and order pickup.
How far in advance should I place my order?
I'd like as much lead time as possible. As soon as you know the date of your event, please call or email me for a quote.
At least a one week notice is required for large cupcake orders, and large cookie orders.
At least two weeks notice is required for custom cakes.
Please note that a request does not guarantee availability. Orders are not reserved until a deposit (if required) is received.
What is required for a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due for most cake, cupcake, and cookie orders with the balance due upon pickup or delivery. The deposit will secure your spot on the day you have requested.
Do you deliver or should I pick up my order?
Yes I deliver. I offer free delivery for Clayton and Concord residents. Delivery fees outside these areas are .57.5 cents per mile round trip with a minimum delivery charge of $10.00. If you would like to pick up your order that is perfectly fine too. If you choose to pick up your order you will be responsible for its transportation. I am not responsible once an order picked up by a customer leaves the premises.
