From a thought....hmmm...to reality

 

Every time I would watch my favorite shows on the Food Network, a little voice would go  off in my head nagging me to get back into the kitchen and do what I love...baking and cooking.   Before moving to California in 2000, I had a small, in home baking business in Connecticut called Cuisine, Cuisine!  I did anything from cookies to wedding cakes. 

 

In January 2012 I started experimenting with recipes and thinking about what my passions and strengths were in baking.  Cupcakes, cakes, and cookies were the answer.  I also thought about what was important about the treats I created and my potential customers.  Two things kept repeating in my mind:  Happy customers, and high quality treats.  Customer service is very important to me.  I work with customers if they have a special request that is not listed on my website.  Freshness and quality are also very important to me. Everything I bake is made to order with fresh, high quality ingredients.
